Basic has been granted a US patent (US 10844961) for its CIP washer-friendly barrier fluid system, EasyClean, which improves hygiene standards within the meals, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries.
EasyClean ensures that the product being pumped isn’t contaminated in any method, for example within the manufacture of paints and automotive coating traces. Although these industries should maintain a high level of hygiene in manufacturing lines and throughout their factories, seal assist techniques typically harbour dirt and bacteria on the interior of the main vessel, due to their inherently enclosed design, making them difficult to inspect, clear and maintain excessive ranges of hygiene.
The EasyClean vessel is designed to permit extra control over the extent of hygiene in crops.
