Two of the six API 610 VS4 pumps are pour level depressant pumps which might be 18m in size and the other four are methanol carry pumps which are 10m long.
All of the pumps have PT100 temperature sensors which have been designed and built along the length of the pumps to observe the temperature of each bearing individually.
ราคาpressuregauge incorporate a supporting system of brackets that Amarinth has designed which attaches each pump to its tank throughout installation ensuring that because the pump is lowered into the tank it stays completely aligned, decreasing vibration and wear throughout operation.
Once assembled, the pumps were independently witness tested and authorized by DNV at Amarinth’s facility in Rendlesham, UK. The pumps have been then disassembled into 3m segments and shipped to Singapore the place the FPSO (floating manufacturing storage and offloading unit) is being built.
ตัววัดแรงดัน and set up needed to align with the FPSO build schedule. Because of the size of the pumps, they needed to be installed into the vessel’s tanks by way of the deck before one other deck above the pumps could be constructed. The first part was completed efficiently over the Christmas interval with Amarinth’s Engineering Commissioning group supporting the client with the set up and commissioning.
The FPSO will be positioned in the KG-DWN 98/2 subject, approximately 22 km off the east coast of Kakinada, India. The vessel is designed to produce up to 90 000 barrels of oil per day (BOPD) and have a 1.3-million-barrel storage facility. It will be outfitted to handle the monsoon situations prevalent at the field.
