Two of the six API 610 VS4 pumps are pour level depressant pumps which may be 18m in size and the other 4 are methanol lift pumps that are 10m lengthy.
All of the pumps have PT100 temperature sensors that have been designed and built alongside the length of the pumps to monitor the temperature of every bearing individually.
The 18m long pumps incorporate a supporting system of brackets that Amarinth has designed which attaches every pump to its tank throughout set up ensuring that as the pump is lowered into the tank it remains completely aligned, lowering vibration and wear throughout operation.
Once assembled, the pumps have been independently witness tested and authorized by DNV at Amarinth’s facility in Rendlesham, UK. pressure gauge หลักการ ทํา งาน had been then disassembled into 3m segments and shipped to Singapore where the FPSO (floating production storage and offloading unit) is being constructed.
The pump delivery and installation had to align with the FPSO construct schedule. Because of the length of the pumps, they needed to be put in into the vessel’s tanks via the deck before another deck above the pumps could be constructed. The first section was accomplished efficiently over the Christmas interval with Amarinth’s Engineering Commissioning staff supporting the shopper with the installation and commissioning.
The FPSO will be positioned within the KG-DWN 98/2 area, roughly 22 km off the east coast of Kakinada, India. The vessel is designed to supply up to 90 000 barrels of oil per day (BOPD) and have a 1.3-million-barrel storage facility. It shall be outfitted to handle the monsoon circumstances prevalent at the subject.
