The UK’s largest independent hire firm, GAP Hire Solutions (GAP), has established a specialist pump providers division; and as part of the £18 million funding has chosen pumps from Atlas Copco Power and Flow. Atlas Copco will present 310 bespoke floor dewatering pumps of assorted sizes, including 4”, 6”, and 8” pumps.

GAP had varied calls for from the pumps so they’d best meet the requirements of their prospects. First, the pumps required engines compliant with the Stage V emissions laws in addition to with the flexibility to run on hydrotreated vegetable oil (HVO) fuel.
