US industrial distributor and repair supplier OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum systems and compressors.

ePumps can additionally be a full-service provider of all forms of rotating tools, with in-house and field service capabilities. The firm has three areas serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle space and a group of 28 employees.
Comprehensive acquired enterprise will operate under OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, mentioned: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with additional territory protection, high product traces and including further service capabilities to this area. We are very wanting to convey them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has nearly 65 locations throughout the United States, and more than forty service shops. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to more than 1600 employees.
