Alton Smith has joined Sundyne as regional sales supervisor for North and Latin America, focusing on the chemical and industrial (C&I) markets.

In his new role, Smith will strengthen customer going through initiatives and work with Sundyne’s inside teams to expand across the C&I space.
Smith comes to Sundyne with greater than 30 years of experience in promoting highly engineered equipment and service options to the downstream and midstream sectors. He has labored extensively with EPCs, OEMs and finish customers in the renewable vitality, oil & gasoline, petrochemical, chemical and power generation markets.
Prior to Sundyne, Smith served as vp of gross sales for Fluid Sealing International, where he developed strategies to strengthen & grow distributor sales, whereas also overseeing coaching and purposes support. He beforehand served as a regional gross sales manager for EKATO Systems. Smith began his career at Flowserve Corp’s Seal Division and has also labored with midstream oil & gasoline OEMs at EagleBurgmann and John Crane Inc.
