Thailand hopes to revive its battered tourism sector by welcoming round 1,000,000 Middle Eastern vacationers by the end of this yr. Government spokesperson Traisulee Traisornkul says the restoration of ties with Saudi Arabia, after a 30-year freeze, will assist revive the tourism industry in the kingdom.
