Trillium Flow Technologies is buying Termomeccanica Pompe SpA, the Italian engineered pump manufacturing firm that serves the facility, desalination, water transmission and oil and fuel markets.
The two corporations have signed a joint agreement that may bring the Termomeccanica Pompe, Gabbioneta Pumps and Begemann brands collectively beneath the Trillium umbrella in Italy.
When the deal closes, La Spezia-based Termomeccanica will focus on creating the ecological and fuel compression sectors, where its subsidiaries TME and TMIC operate.
