In these modern times in which we live in, it is very common to confuse reality with thought, facts with theory, and health with confirmation. Here we are, in the era of abundance, having everything we can ever imagine at the grasp of our finger tips, computer science has sky-rocketed allowing us usage of endless amounts of information, any where tretinoin gel, any time. Biology, chemistry, and many new scientific concepts which have grown primarily out of these two, have brought us to a state of being where almost any problem could possibly be dissected and probed to the smallest particles ever known to mankind. Yet we hurt?
All this science is actually the physical projection of the mind, beautiful ideas that manifest in the physical form out of your creation of human hands. The mind is getting the front sit and the primary character in this play we call our lives, yet our anatomies are becoming more and more vulnerable, with new unknown risks that has been introduced to us and also have become the norm in modern living, such as for example cellular radiation, polluting of the environment, and of course, my personal favorite ? ?food?.
I mark ?food? with the quote unquote to signify my feeling of the topic, that are not to be mistaken. The majority of what we find in grocery stores today is simply not food. Today?s norm is to grab a snack, or drive through some burger joint to stuff our bellies so we can can get on with work, and so gradually, from the dawn of the industrial age, these products have come to displace what nature has given us, and what life itself is founded on, as food.
Real food, which is basically vegetables and fruit, nutrition wise at least (as many would argue on the taste factor), may be the foundation of any healthy diet, not because it is indeed important and healthy to consume a sensible diet with vegetables in it, but simply because it is food. The rest is not food. It may be hard to grasp at the beginning, peeping through the tiny crack that all of us have inside our definitions of what food is, and seeing the reality behind the screen of illusion.
Health, true health, cannot be achieved and maintained in virtually any other way. But what’s health? I dare you! Try to define it for yourselves. Just do it, have a minute, even 5, and really try to jot down a definition you’ll feel at ease with for the vague and illusive idea of health.
The Chinese have said that ?health is really a state to be in the tao?. Walking your path, realizing yourself and allowing your true colors showing. Model begins with the air we breath, the thoughts we think, also it leans mainly and strongly on the building materials we feed ourselves with. Regularly eating a well balanced vegetables nutrition based diet is like putting the foundations so necessary for mental balance, a good physical feeling, happiness and wellbeing ? the foundations so necessary for?. Health. ?Why don’t we be about setting high standards forever, love, creativity, and wisdom. If our expectations in these areas are low, we have been not likely to see wellness. Setting high standards makes each day and every decade worth looking forward to. ? ? Greg Anderson, American athlete
Wellness and health play an enormous and important part in my own life, my actions, my thoughts, and my schedule. I’m presently leading twelve fitness classes weekly that vary from step aerobics, balance and core focus on the large stability ball, lifting weights, modified yoga and several classes that concentrate on functionality. The participants are ages and the common denominator is to have ?fun? while training. When i started looking for ?wellness? quotations, I found excellent ones, but few. When I sought out ?health? I was completely impressed by the number. I possibly could write a hundred blogs filled up with ?health? quotations. Therefore i picked some for you and for me which follow:
With regards to remaining healthy and aging well, there are so many things we must consider. We must exercise, maintain a good mental attitude, get enough sleep, take part in healthy relationships, manage our skin and, needless to say, near the the surface of the set of factors that donate to great health is good nutrition.
What ?good nutrition? is, however, can be confusing. Ideas about nutrition have changed through the years. 2 decades ago, we were told it was healthy to consume a ?low-fat? diet. Unfortunately, in an effort to reduce unhealthy fats, people began eating low-fat processed foods. We didn?t realize then that many of these low-fat foods were laden with extra sugar. Nor did we understand the dangers of excess sugar. We realize given that something we thought was good for us has contributed to health issues.
In the last couple years, I?ve been reading the latest books and articles on nutrition and anti-aging. What?s touted consistently now could be a diet of whole, unprocessed foods that discourage inflammation. The anti-inflammatory diet is what appears to have the most health and beauty benefits.
