In these modern times in which we live in, it is very common to confuse reality with thought, facts with theory, and health with confirmation. Here we are, in the era of abundance, having everything we can ever imagine at the grasp of our finger tips, computer science has sky-rocketed allowing us usage of endless amounts of information, any where tretinoin gel, any time. Health, true health, cannot be achieved and maintained in virtually any other way. But what’s health? I dare you! Try to define it for yourselves. Just do it, have a minute, even 5, and really try to jot down a definition you’ll feel at ease with for the vague and illusive idea of health.

Wellness and health play an enormous and important part in my own life, my actions, my thoughts, and my schedule.
