Unlike diaphragm, rotary lobe, and PC pumps, the peristaltic design of the Watson Marlow Bredel hose pumps contains no moving parts that come into contact with the product. It has no seals, ball-checks, diaphragms, glands, immersed rotors, stators or pistons to leak, clog, corrode or replace.
Bredel hose pumps also eliminate the need for ancillary equipment such as dry run protection, seal water flush methods and in-line examine valves. A hose change takes solely minutes and may be carried out in-situ without special instruments or skilled personnel.
The pumped fluid is completely contained in a long-life hose, protecting operation and upkeep personnel and the setting from unwanted spillages or publicity to chemical compounds. Flow is totally unbiased of suction and discharge situations. เกจวัดน้ำยาแอร์refco is precision machined to ensure move stability and pump performance in tough fluid handling applications.
These industrial pumps achieve circulate rates as a lot as 475 GPM, transferring up to 80% solids in suspension.
